Another day in utter paradise!

We made some fresh cheese with the milk from the cows. 10 liters of milk! Ain’t kidding! We make A LOT OF CHEESE hahaha.

Here’s the recipe we live by (A Brazilian classic):

  • A shit ton of salt

  • A bit of coagulant

  • Milk

  • Almond concentrate milk (some bullshit the Mom here found at the store)

So far, it’s the best thing under the sun haha!

I walked by the Guayava trees and picked up a few fruits: excellent source of vitamin C and other extra good stuff.

I’ve been reading everything on the Coronavirus on Reddit and the situation is dire: I think the incoming chaos will be epic. The problem isn’t the virus…but a supply chain one… China has been down for A MONTH. The situation is way worse than 2008, and yes you are not crazy if you are running for the hills.
