When a Long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, Pursuing Invariably the Same Object, Evinces a Design to Reduce Them [I.E. the People] Under Absolute Despotism, It Is Their Right, It Is Their Duty, to Throw off Such Government, and to Provide New Guards for Their Future Security.

America.

You have a constitution. Here is a reminder!

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.Tenth Amendment, UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION

Let me articulate what does that means: Because of the federal system in the United States, the governor can ignore the orders of the WhiteHouse, and the state can implement their own measures for its own local governments. There. That’s why people fought in the Civil War (yeah, shocker: it wasn’t about slavery. It was about State rights vs Federal tyranny).

The purpose of the amendment is to allow states to veto any federal “law or regulation.” Federal law is not limited to statutes and regulations but also includes treaties and our Constitution. The Supremacy Clause of Article 6 provides that our Constitution, federal statutes and treaties constitute the supreme law of the land

America, you need to regain control of your history.

You got to be kidding me!

Here’s a reminder: The Tenth Amendment has its roots in the intent of each State to retain its full sovereignty and its right of self-determination.

The Tenth Amendment comes from Article II of our very first constitution, the Articles of Confederation: "Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this Confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled." How did Trump got 157 000 likes on such a terrifying tweet? This is pure madness! Trump followers: You either have a constitution and support it, or you don’t. Pick a side. You cannot support this madness! This is why the founding father wanted a constitution… they feared being consumed by a centralized governments.
