Many of you saw my prototype v1.0 yesterday.
Here’s the first physical prototype! How exciting!
It is SO good. It feels right!
Not only it protects the rear screen, but it helps me to not chimp away, giving me that “pure photography” experience that Fuji is trying hard to sell to us through the X-Pro3.
There’s room for a 5cm x 3cm mirror inside the Anti-Chimper. My goal is to have a nice inverted view when shooting at the hip level, just like the good old days (for those who remember!).

The latest version of the Anti-Chimper unit will even have a SD card holder! Yep – it means that you’ll be able to store 3 SDs cards on your X-Pro2.
The bottom plate will secure nicely to the X-Pro2 via the normal tripod screw, which I intend to include in the package. Oh and the best part? You still have a D-Pad ;)
